Consent & Eligibility

By accessing the nbjee platform or registering an account, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years old and are an adult under the laws of Bangladesh or any other country.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
• Participating in online gaming is legal under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Purpose of the Platform

nbjee is an entertainment-based online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming categories. The platform operates using secure SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy. nbjee does not provide financial advice or investment services.

Account Opening Conditions

Each individual may operate only one account on the nbjee platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (where applicable)

If false information is provided, nbjee reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any stored balance.

Account Security

Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

nbjee will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent.

Account Termination

nbjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Bonus abuse or collusion
• Use of software bots or automation
• Fraudulent registration by a minor

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• The account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• For bank transfers, deposits can be made through Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks.
• nbjee does not charge any transaction fee, but charges from your own payment provider may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method.
• For suspicious transactions, nbjee may request additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus

nbjee offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• If you deposit ৳34,000 → bonus up to ৳20,000 → total balance ৳54,000

This bonus is applicable only once and only for new members who have no prior account.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example:

• ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Deposited funds are always withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
• If bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, collusion, etc.) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• nbjee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same IP address, device, or payment method, those bonuses will be forfeited.

Fair Play Policy

nbjee believes in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated and all funds will be forfeited.

Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• All bets are accepted at fixed odds; live odds may change during a match.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to nbjee's own rules.
• In the event of a dispute over a match result, nbjee's decision will be considered final.
• In-play betting is available for specific matches and markets.

Data Collection & Use

• Errors from third-party service providers
• Natural disasters or emergency situations

Financial Losses

The risk of financial loss exists in online gaming. nbjee does not guarantee any winnings. Do not bet with money you cannot afford to lose. If a loss occurs due to a technical error on the platform, nbjee is only responsible for refunding the amount directly lost due to that technical error — claims for additional compensation will not be accepted.

nbjee strictly enforces a 21+ age limit policy. Allowing minors (under 21 years of age) to use this platform or operating an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be ineffective only to that extent — the remaining terms will remain fully in force.

Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. Although translations in other languages may be available, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali text will prevail.

Notice of Changes to Terms

When nbjee updates these terms, the new version will be published on the website and the "last revised" date will be updated. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
